I am suffering with a torn ligament around my ankle. The professional insert actually fit inside the shoe. I am sorry that it did not come in other colors. I needed white for a special occasion; and I could not find another shoe that fit for that occasion. I work in a manufacturing facility and stand on my feet all day. Comfort is very important to me. While visiting someone in the hospital recently, I noticed a nurse wearing these exact shoes and asked what kind they were and where she purchased them. As expected, she purchased them in Pigeon Forge, TN. Still thinking about the shoes, I began searching the internet to find the exact shoe. Once I found them, I took a chance and ordered a pair without trying them on first. [...] At first, it took awhile to get used to wearing them. After two days, they were broken in and feel great! I don't even think about my feet hurting anymore. I love them! I'll definitely order more in the future.

I loved this sandal frrm the minute I saw the photo, primarily because of the quality. Ariat makes leather western boots as well as shoes and the use of leather where your foot rests is great. Unlike fabric "suede" insoles which become soiled and very smelly with use, leather seems to age well and be resistant to odor buildup. The shoe is not heavy, is soft leather where it touches your foot and has enough lift to keep the foot from becoming fatigued. Looking forward to warmer weather when I can wear these a lot!
