The wool fabric lining keeps my calves warm, it is very comfortable, safe on snow, water resistent. It has been a great purchase. Worth every dollar spent! I wear this boot 3-4 times a week. This boot will last through many long Alaska winters.

This is a great design in a boot but I couldn't get it on over my high instep. It also seemed a bit smaller than I expected.
