These were obtained for a Resident in our Assisted Living facility that had medical conditions that caused excessive edema (swelling) of the feet. Putting - or trying to put his shoes on, and even his regular slippers was difficult, painful and ultimately impossible. [...]The look on his face when these were effortlessly placed on his feet was just priceless. He was able to walk with them, and they looked 'good' - not like he was wearing slippers at all. I highly recommend these. The sole is durable enough for everyday wear and moderate walking.
