First time in my life my feet didn't get cold and wet while hunting. Warm and dry. Very comfortable right out of the box. Delivered one day...hunting the next. I have wide feet and think ankles and these in wide widths are the first boot of this type I have found that would fit me. Liked them so well, bought the 400 gram, 800 gram and 1000 gram versions for various activities and temperature ranges. Bought the 400 and 800 in one size for warm weather/light socks, and also 800 /1000 in 1/2 size larger to allow extra heavy socks. Normally I wear 9 1/2 in street shoes...bought 10 and 10 1/2.... for right fit, so they might be sized a little small compared to shoes, if you are wearing a wool sock or two sock layers with them. Normally 10's are too long in toe for me, but these aren't.

I live in Florida and I use them to do yard work. They tend to get hot after awhile and my feet sweat heavily. I have been unable to find a pair of work shoes that does not do this.

this boot is very comfortable to wear all day, lightweight so they dont get heavy on your feet.
