I love this purse. I have it in bordeaux. It has a vintage and slightly worn look to it but it adds to the charm. The leather is so soft. Much softer than I thought it would be. In fact, it will get softer with time which I expect with most of my high-end bags. It is a larger purse so be prepared. Also, the handles are short but it is not a con. It is done that way to enhance the style of the bag. If you are looking for a long strap this purse will not be for you. Very happy with this purchase.
