When the sun disappears and the mercury plummets, it's time to break out the MUK LUKS® boots. It's a tradition that has been going on for decades. MUK LUKS® boots were originally developed and worn by North American Arctic natives, which included the Inuit and Yupik tribes, sometimes mistakenly referred to as Eskimos.
Those first MUK LUKS® boots were specifically designed to be light in weight, provide warmth and have moisture-wicking properties to keep feet dry and help prevent frostbite. Today's versions of MUK LUKS® boots were actually introduced in 1972 as slipper sox. Their goal was to follow the same fundamental principles of vintage MUK LUKS® boots with some technological advancements in breathable uppers, insulating materials and overall shock-absorbing comfort.
MUK LUKS® boots are still wonderfully warm, amazingly light and deliciously soft. So, whether your day takes you out on the frozen tundra, or you just want some warm relief from chilly hardwood floors, there's a pair of MUK LUKS® boots ready to accept the challenge. We have MUK LUKS® boots available for men, women, boys and girls. All are fun, functional and completely affordable. You'll also find a few shorter versions, if you don't want to go with the tall, traditional leg-hugging styles. We know you'll enjoy ShoeMall's exceptional selection of MUK LUKS® boots.

Slipper With Tread,
Bought several styles for my paraplegic friend. style with seam slanting down in front of heel works well, but the tighter seam around the ankle area makes it difficult for her to pull around her foot because her foot bends forward and curves down and the seam is too tight in that area.. I know this isn't a problem for most people, but we were hoping your slippers would solve the problem paraplegics have with cold, swollen feet with poor circulation.
