The cushioning for the balls of your feet is pretty bare, but after I put in one of those Dr. Scholl's foot pillows -- the comfort was perfect. I wear them all day almost every day with no pain. The best part is, they give you about 4 1/2 inches more height while being a breeze to walk in.

Very cute shoes but if they were slightly higher, 1" heel that would help; they cut right across my bunion, so they could be cut slightly higher across the foot. Needs more padding in shoe for comfort.
