A good farm boot. The most attractive features to me are: 1- The smooth bottomed sole prevents tracking of mud/manure back into the house and makes the boot very easy to clean. 2- I have narrow ankles, and this boot's design allows me to lace the boot tightly at the top in order to support the ankle, and that is very important for me. 3- A smooth top with no stitches repels water better than boots with stitches around the top. This boot is an excellent choice as an economical farm work boot. I've worn this design for the last 20 years.
