4. Promo codes or any other discounts will not be used from the competitor's site to determine the price difference.
5. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included in the price difference calculation.
6. There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item, per order.
7. This offer is valid for 15 days after purchase.

To receive your 110% Price Guarantee refund:

1. Place an order for the shoe you would like on ShoeMall.com.
2. Send an email to us at pricing@shoemall.com with the following information:
   • Your name, address, and ShoeMall order number.
   • The URL of the page on the web site where you found the shoe and a description of the shoe.
   • The price of the shoe on the site, including shipping, sales tax, and other charges that may apply.
3. We will review your email and will confirm the lower price. We will refund you 110% of the difference between the ShoeMall price and the lower price and will email you with a new total.
