The Asics GT-21xx series has been my "go-to" running shoe for years. The perfect cushioned motion control shoe for the moderate over-pronator.

For me, the best part is that it's available in a narrow (B) width which fits me like a glove (really important for running shoes).

Sized 1/2 size small so buy 1/2 size larger than your regular size.

I have run in the ASICS GT-2XXX series for over 20 years. I just keep buying the next one in the series (they add 10 to the number each year). It's always dependable and solid. Good support to weight ratio. I'm a bigger guy and need the stablility that this shoe offers, but it performs like a lighter shoe with good flexibility. (Note: Like most ASICS and other running shoes these days, you need to order about a size bigger than you measure).
