My normal shoe size is 11WW but that was not an option so I ordered these shoes in 12M and they fit fairly well, even with my high insteps. I find these shoes very comfortable and stable to walk in and I'm sure that they could be worn all day without any ill effects.

My only complaint, and this company isn't the only one guilty of it, is that the heels are about a half inch shorter than they should be for a size 12. Seems like they probably use the same length heels for multiple sizes. If it wasn't for the heel length, I would have gladly given these shoes five stars. I can live with it though and have no intentions of returning these shoes. They're a nice break from regular heels.
