          I have an extremely difficult time finding shoes or sandals for my narrow, low arch feet that offer support. I use orthotics but the Katy Sandal is supportive enough that I do not need to use my orthotic. I can wear the sandal straight from the box. Love Aravon Shoes! They make life so much easier!

          I live in the south where sandals are a must about 9 months out of the year. I wear my sandals daily. My old pair has a split sole so it's time to make a new purchase. I've got a pair of Avaron size 10M with velcro adjustable straps, which with my 9N foot is a must for sandals. Most sandals do not fit so I'm pretty brand-specific when having to buy again. I got this sandal in Blue (not the denim) and they are the prettiest, softest, most comfortable foot-hugging, perfect-fit sandal I have ever owned! I've worn birkenstocks and naturalizes and others, but haven't ever had a sandal fit so perfectly before. My normal shoe size is 9N, but in running shoes and sandals I go up to a 10N. If I had gotten a 9.5 I believe they'd be too short...if you generally size up in sneakers, then I'd suggest sizing up with these. If you have narrow feet and have a hard time finding sandals that fit....these are well worth a try.

                This shoe gave me my life back! In over thirty years, the very first in any price range I can comfortably leave on through a full day and in the worst hot weather. Since 1980, I suffer a chronic condition resulting in painful severe swelling of the entire left foot and lower leg (exacerbated by a poorly administered invasive diagnostic procedure after a crush-injury). With one foot completely normal and the other routinely thus, I typically find the effort to even place on a shoe utterly futile -- almost always resulting in searing pain. With sufficient hook & loop to keep the shoe held in place, this feels very secure on the foot and easily adjusts to personal-fit through normal activity -- thoroughly proven to me by an oppressively hot and humid early July walking tour of Virginia's historic Williamsburg (even in soaking rain!). Cushioned to absorb shock while open to keep feet cool, this for me is a godsend! I bought the taupe and will certainly buy again in other colors. I found this company a pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend this shoe for anyone, especially with -- but even without -- chronically troubled feet.

                The best test for me would be if I could work all day and not be in too much pain ( suffer from neuropathy in both feet and have a job where I stand from 9 to 12 hours) These sandals passed the test and they are adjustable so as your feet swell over the day, you can readjust to meet your comfort needs.

                    I needed a pair of well-fitting stylish navy sandals. These more than came through for me. I wish they came in more colors because I can't seem to get these off of my feet!
