      These little sandals are perfect for young boys! This is the third pair of Keens I have bought for my little grandson. He still is wearing the second pair I bought last year and they look as good as new, even though they have been through a lot of dirt,sand and rough play! They are very strong and handle almost anything a little boy could get into. I love the toe guard because it prevents his toes from getting hurt. The only draw back would be that they are a little stiff when new and need a little breaking in. But other than that, there have been no problems with these sandals or other Keen shoes I have bought for him.
