I put in at least 15 to 20 miles a week walking/running. I bought a pair of Nimbulus Asics and was pleased with the support and pronation control. Then, I bought these and what a difference in the cushioning at the balls of my feet. Some other plusses: no slipping of the heel, breathable, can double knot laces, excellent cushioning, and incredible COLOR combo!!!
