Well, the great toe on my left foot has been fused (arthritis), so finding these booties was a footwear windfall for me. There are so many styles that I can't wear anymore that I really feel "left out" of the fashion world. These booties are so easy to get into (toe doesn't bend), and they are really comfortable for that digit. I wore them all day right after they arrived, and had no problem with pain or navigation of that foot. I highly recommend these booties for anyone with foot problems! Easy on and off, and comfort "to boot!"
