I bought these thinking that New Balance would offer the old school look of hi-tops, with their notorious reputation of full foot support. Wrong......these are a nice sneaker, but with little to no arch supports, and a surprisingly thin sole, they're not what I thought they would be. These are OK for casual wear, but if you have orthotics, you should, by all means, use them.
For the money, I guess I expected more of what NB is known for: quality and support.
