I work 12 hour days on concrete floors, and these shoes are comfortable, supportive and have just enough cushioning. They also stay on my narrow feet because they tie up high on the foot. The downside is they look like mens shoes, I call them my "grandpa shoes", as my dad has the same ones. They are so comfortable, I have 4 pairs!
