Comments about SmartWool Men's PhD Outdoor Medium Crew Socks:
I purchased these for my husband. He loves them. I didn't say anything special when I put them with his other socks. when he came home the day he wore them, he raved about how comfortable his feet were all. Then I showed him, it was his new socks. Very well fitting and warm. a winner.

Comments about SmartWool Men's PhD Outdoor Medium Crew Socks:
Excellent socks, I use them for work(I work outside all day).I use this socks with boots that have 600 grams of Thinsulate, where before I felt a bit cold after a few hours of being outside, that no longer happens, even in high winds my feet where comfortable(remember how cold or warm your feet are, is dependent on how warm the rest of your body is).
I do recommend that use odor eaters insoles with these socks, they do a great job of wicking away the moisture from your feet( otherwise your boots will smell from all the moisture that the socks wick away). I also wash them insideout in cold water (no softner, gentel cycle, low heat or hang to dry) this helps extend the life of your garment.Only thing that I dont like about this socks( which is true of any wool garment that is washed) is that bits of wool seem to come out of the garment after each wash.I have only use them in cold weather.Worth the money, especially if you spend long periods of time out in the cold.
