I bought these boots for my twenty-one-year-old daughter. She loves the look and the fit. However, they became extremely uncomfortable on the ball of her feet after wearing for only 1 hour. I am hoping that she will be able to find a soft insert that will not only alleviate this problem, but will also still give her the foot room that she still needs.

Service and delivery comments:

The delivery time was as expected. However, with these boots being a gift, I was extremely upset with the condition of the box, which was totally crushed, and obviously did not happen during shipping because the shoe box was shipped inside a much larger box, so it was obvious the shoebox was already crushed prior to shipping. Thankfully, the boots themselves were in acceptable condition.
