I am on my feet teaching 6 to 8 hours a day. When I wear these shoes I forget that I have them on, they are so comfortable. I wear orthotics, and one foot is wider than the other, so the ties keep them on snuggly while the style looks great with pants and skirts.

I will wear these shoes in fall and early spring. I will have to wear trouser socks with them. They are true to size. I ordered a 7 1/2 narrow for the length. I could have worn a 7 narrow. With my feet and the sizing of shoes I never know what size to order. I will keep the 7 1/2.

I like the oxford type of shoes. I believe I have about 7 or more different styles of oxfords in my closet. This particular pair is very nice and looks good on my feet with or without stockings. The purchase price was a steal for the quality of the shoe. I wanted a brown pair also, but they did not have my size.
