Arch support stiffer than I've ever had, took couple days to get use too. I am a nurse and walk concret floors for hours best shoes I can remember. Only con is not as easy to clean as full leather, but overall comfort way outweighs.

I've worn the shoes once walking today. They had good support. I am female weigh 225 and am 5 foot 10. I chose these shoes because I pronate out and I went on others reviews. Only time will tell ......they arent broke in yet.
