I bought these sneakers since I had runner's knee and thought maybe it was time for a new shoe. The only thing I can say negative, and I think this may be a thing with my foot, is that it felt too wide. I actually changed the insole to Dr Scholl's Active insole, and that made all the difference!! I love the tread, light shoe with mesh so your feet don't get too hot. I run 4 days a week and run on pavemnet and so far, am happy with these shoes after the insole change. Just did a run this weekend and beat my personal time :)
