These shoes are extremely tight and short. I always wear narrow shoes - bordering on slim - and these are so tight that they're uncomfortable. The length is even worse. Sometimes I wear a size 7. These shoes were 7 1/2 and don't fit. I'm extremely disappointed. They're so cute. I really wanted to love them. I tried to wear them one day and the heel cup cut into my heel. I should have returned them after trying them on, but I really hoped they would stretch enough to be comfortable.

I was trying to find new casual comfortable durable stylish shoes. I thought these shoes might be it. Very disappointed. I am a true 12m and these shoes fit like 11n or even 10.5 n. These shoes are a far cry from 12m. They are way too small, too short, and too narrow. Apparently the creator did not look at a steel shoe sizer when they created these shoes. They are nice looking shoes with good leather too. I was so upset that they did not fit.
