I've been looking for a knee high stylish boot for a few years now. I wanted something that could stand the test of time. Although I like trendy things - toe boxes and heel fashions have changed so much in the last decade, I'd hate to drop $$ and get it wrong. I'm happy to say for me, these boots have it all:

Comfort - style - versatility - longevity

A bit of forewarning so you don't have to do what I did...they RUN BIG! Anywhere between 1/2-3/4 size too big. I ordered the 7.5 initially (I am a true 7.5) and my foot, ankle, heel, toebox were swimming in them. Thankfully SM has a convenient return/exchange policy that allowed me to send back the 7.5 in exchange for the 7.0.

My advice: If you are usually in b/t sizes, you may want to order both sizes right off the bat, that way you can compare the two.

The small issue I have w/ my order has nothing to do w/ the boots, but rather SM's very snailmail shipping & return policy. I think they use USPS ground, combine that w/ a return/exchange, it took 16 working days for the exchange to go through and another 5 days for me to receive them. Remember, this is just for the exchange, not a straight delivery order.
