Basically, the shoe look great but as soon as you start walking in them, your toes slide forward and it feels and looks awkward. I worried that after an evening of wear, the over the toe strap would stretch and look even more ridiculous with my toes hanging off the front. The ankle strap does not do a great job of holding the foot in place. Perhaps if it was placed differently and there was a bit more height in the platform, the shoes would work. Unfortunately they really were a total disappointment, so I returned them.
