These shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them. I broke my right foot last year and this shoe gave that foot good support and lots of room in the toe box. I highly recommend Clark's. I own multiple pair and all of them are comfortable.

I bought these to replace a well worn pair of fishermen sandals. Good fit, just a bit rubbing on the instep. They broke in quickly and are good with or without socks.

I received these in two colors as a Valentine's Day gift from my husband. I love them and wear them to Church, for casual activities, and to care for my parents in their home. Both of my parents are Alzheimer's patients and require full-time care. These shoes give me the great comfort level I need for care-giving, and also look great. I have always been apprehensive about buying shoes on-line rather than in a shoe store where they could be tried on before buying, but I am very pleased with these shoes and would recommend them and the on-line shopping method to anyone.

What a great shoe. Perfect fit for my 11N feet, attractive style, quality construction, and comfortable from the very first wearing. I'm wearing this shoe in the summer instead of sandals from now on. The openings keep my feet from getting hot and sweaty, but I have the protection and support of an enclosed shoe. Love it!

The only change I'd recommend would be to make the shoe with a removable insole to accommodate orthotics.
