        I opened the box and didn't even bother to try the shoe on; hence no additional information to share about this shoe other than they are an UGLY pair of shoes! I sent them back immediately.

        What's so disappointing is that I love Clarks shoes and I am conservative dresser.

        I bought this same shoe in black and brown 2 years ago in 11N. Loved them and decided to replace them. I ordered a 11N again but they do not fit like a Narrow. The cushion insole is not as soft as before either. The quality has gone downhill
