    I've bought Clarks shoes and sandals on several occasions and have never had occasion to regret the purchase.

    These shoes are very cute, and comfortable right from the get-go.

    I'm a knitter, a sock knitter in particular, so need to buy shoes to accomodate thicker socks. Because these shoes did not come in the wider width I generally need, I went a half-size up, and was not disappointed; they were a perfect fit.

    Really cute shoes and the 2-tone design reminds me a little of spats, and the metallic finish goes well with my brown, khaki, and olive colored slacks.

    My only bone of contention is with the color description of Pewter. Pewter to me is in the gray-to-silver range, and this color is more in the bronze (golder) color-range. The photo is true to color, so check that out.

      I normally wear a size 8 1/2, but ordered these in a 9 to allow for swollen knots of inflammation in my feet from systemic lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Even with socks on, these are quite roomy, so they probably run a little large in length and width. They are perfect for people with problem feet and can be adjusted to allow for swelling or other problems. I do realize I ordered up a half size in these, but my regular size would have probably been fine as they are roomier than other size 9 shoes I have worn.

          These shoes are the best. They are lightweight, and so comfortable. I bought them to walk in for exercise. My other "walking" shoes would hurt my feet after 30-minutes. This greatly impacted my workout. I looked for a shoe that was lightweight and comfortable so I could extend my workout. These have done the trick. I'm now able to walk for over an hour with no foot pain! They are also very cute!
