        This is not so much a comment on the shoes, I purchased a pair elsewhere sized up instead of down as the sizing instructions directed, but rather a comment on this merchant. I returned the shoes I originally bought at my expense because their sizing instructions said for half sizes to size down, not up and the shoes were too small. I asked for a replacement pair sized up. This merchant instead refunded my money telling me they didn't get my instructions and if I wanted the shoes I would have to re-purchase them. The representative's attitude bordered on rude and accusatory. This merchant and I are done. When I clearly indicate, as instructed, an exercisable option, I do not appreciate a unilateral decision on the other side to totally disregard my decision and further accuse me of failing to so indicate my choice. The representative had no response when I asked her, "If I failed to return the necessary paperwork with my option choices, how did you know who returned the item and where to deposit the refund?

              These are on your feet all day comfort shoes. They look great with little TLC needed. They hold up fabulously. I walk a lot and have had mine resoled. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I live where it rains a lot and my feet stay dry mostly - If they get a little wet, they dry fast. Nothing else compares. Great for fishing, boating, walking or working. My feet love these shoes.
