      My husband laughed and asked if I was going fishing. I am 5'4" 145 lbs and have average calves, not slim, you could have fit three of my calves in each boot, they looked ridiculous. Had to return them and burned the $7 on the return shipping fee.

Add the insult of having a size 6 wide foot and it is near impossible to find a good looking boot at all! Thank you so much for these boots. I even have enough room to tuck pants in if I want to.                           I liked these boots so much, I bought them in three colors (red, black and grey patent). I wear a size 14, which makes it hard enough to find something stylish, and I am 6'1" and it is nice to find a patent boot that gives enough of a heel to be feminine, but does not have me towering over my date. I have a regular calf, and the the medium fits my calf just right. They are comfortable and easy to walk in. I have had several compliments from guys and gals and the red boots help make a special Valentine's Day.
