      Not only were these uncomfortable, I also wear a wide and they were huge. Flopped around on my foot. So I ordered a M and it fit fine but was still uncomfortable and pushed my foot back too far which then my toes were not at the end of the shoe. I also thought the denim was ugly. Sent back.

      I was so thrilled that they came in my size (9-1/2) so I ordered them right away. I wore them to our Home Days and have sore spots on my toes on both feet from the top strip being so stiff and hard. Sorry, I hope I can soften them, that's how much I like how they look.

              These shoes are adorable and - I thought - just what I needed: they're flat and looked comfortable. I was really hoping that man-made materials had improved over the years, but not so. I have to stick with leather. I ordered D width, but the shoes are too tight. The stiff "man-made upper" didn't help; if they were leather I might have taken a chance on stretching them. Also, my little toes stuck out between the straps.
