Shoes run slightly fuller than narrow. I would call them in between narrow and medium. This was perfect for me, but might not be good if your feet are very narrow. They also run slightly long, so if your feet are very narrow, try ordering them in one half size smaller.

I got these because I thought they would fit my swollen feet, I got my correct size, but they wouldn't stay on my feet. Buy a half size smaller so they don't slip off. Otherwise they are okay.
