Comments about Fin & Feather Men's 9" Waterproof Work Boot:
Looks to be a good product, but much larger than expected. I'll drive the four hours to your retail store for fitting and exchange. I had a pair of these in the early 1980's, but drifted away from Mason brand after that. A magazine ad brought me back, with my next project to get 'em sized correctly and onto my feet!

Hubby has bought these boots for over 20 years, and he still loves them,it's the only kind he'll wear. They are durable, comfortable from the moment he puts them on right out of the box.

Comments about Fin & Feather Men's 9" Waterproof Work Boot:
Over 25 years ago, my husband was having an awful time with his feet hurting while he worked on concrete all day. My father got him a pair of work boots from Mason and he has never worn anything but Mason shoes since, even dresser shoes. He loves them and they completely stopped his legs and feet from hurting. He now does backhoe and dozer work and they are still the only shoes he wants. I would recommend them to anyone with problems relating to concrete. My husband also loves the fact they don't leak since he works in mud alot. He wears them til the soles are almost coming off and in winter gets a new pair for the wet season. Nothing compares to Mason shoes!!!!!

Comments about Fin & Feather Men's 9" Waterproof Work Boot:
The entire footbed slopes forward. There is no arch support or proper footbed to hold your foot in place. I had three friends try on these same pair of boots, they all agreed on the same problems I mentioned in this review.

I have had at least 6 pair of these boots and I like them. I like that I can order the width that I need. Very hard to find an EEE width in a store.

Comments about Fin & Feather Men's 9" Waterproof Work Boot:
I weed eat (not eat weeds), on hill sides, cut trees, cut grass and general yard work. On the hills, my old boots would not support my ankles from rolling. Thus far, these are but they are still "new.". ( this iPad does not know where the period is suppose to be). A little more narrow would be preferred but I thought a "C" should work. Next will be a B.

I am somewhat of an extreme outdoor person. I have problems getting a good fit for my narrow foot. This boot meets my needs. It did take a while longer to get my narrow size.

Comments about Fin & Feather Men's 9" Waterproof Work Boot:
I Keep buying these boots because they do not require much breaking-in. I like the mock toe stitching and that is hard to find in an insulated boot, however I work in a gargage 12 hours a day, and I am having to buy a new pair every 3 months. They are very slick once the soles get worn, but I still like them!!!

Comments about Fin & Feather Men's 9" Waterproof Work Boot:
These 400 gram Thinsulate boots were ideal for this winters conditions. My 1200 gram were too warm. I would appreciate a more cushioned and a removable insole.
