Love the boot (decided over the veronica and I'm happy with my choice), it's sturdy and well made but I had a VERY frustrating experience with the whole experience of getting the shoes. First recieved item and it was damaged, sent back (was charged for return shipping but they fixed after a phonecall) and re-ordered with customer service. They ordered the wrong size for me after I had asked 3 times if it was the correct sz. Got the shoes and returned them and then re-ordered again my correct size 6. On backorder, so took forever when I got them I am 100% positive they were the SAME defected shoes I had first gotten. There were water spots over the shoes and I decided I would just live with it, esp since I got them for a good price. The whole experience was very irritating.
