So comfortable...once you get that foot mold going!

Comments about Haflinger Women's Alice Clog:
due to nerve damage in my right foot,
(caused by a local podiatrist's badly administered injections),
haflingers have become the ONLY shoes i have been able to wear for over a year now.
i am grateful beyond words to have found them.
any other shoes i have, or have tried, actually trigger nerve damage flare ups.
haflingers do not trigger nerve flare ups.
when, in the cycle of the 'neuropothy' (nerve damage),
a flare up does occur,
i am always able to wear haflingers without any concern for
making the problem worse . . .
my experience has been,
that haflingers have actually improved my foot condition.
i have worn only haflingers this past year, and the swelling is down by half,
the pain is only intermittent and mild now,
(it used to be chronic, 24/7 and excrutiating),
and the frequency of nerve flare ups is decreasing exponentially.
i could not have gotten to this point in any other brand of shoe .
i know this for a fact because i tried others.
without exception, every single time i've tried to wear another brand,
within the first hour, a flare up was/is triggered.
finding haflingers, wearing only haflingers for this past year,
provided the 'break' from chronic 'triggering' of the nerve damage,
which allowed these nerves to begin healing as much as they will be able to heal.
they are not normal yet,
but they are a far cry better than they were a year ago,
and a far cry better than they were six months ago . . .
who know where they will be in another six months or year?
what i do know and can trust,
is that as long as i continue to wear haflingers,
my foot is healing.
i'm good with that, and prepared to wear only haflingers for the rest of my life,
if need be.
and, as i said at the beginning,
i am grateful beyond words to have found them.

Comments about Haflinger Women's Alice Clog:
Normally I can't wear this brand...a 39 is too short and a 40 a little loose; I am a size 9, but these work because of the adjustable strap...the description says they are hook and loop. Actually they have no loop and adjust with velcro which holds very well. They are super comfortable and durable enough to wear out and about which I do all the time.

Comments about Haflinger Women's Alice Clog:
Usually I cannot wear Haflinger as the 40 (9) are too wide. For some reason this style fit me and is REALLY cute with jeans and denim skirts. In other Haflinger syles the 40 are usually too wide but if I go to a 39 for width then they are too short in length; so if you have this problem too this style will work. I hope the Alice will become a regular style. I'd like to get these in a natural color for summer too.
