Wear casually to work, second pair of Austin's I have purchased and I absolutely love the "soil" color I just received, very good quality, wet leather look. I am a large man, always looking for comfortable shoes and these are by far the best I've found. I teach computer classes for a hospital and walk for 6-7 hours each day training on tile floor. These shoes out last other brands by double at least. I currently have 4 pairs of Keens including 2 Austins, Hiking boot and sandles, Love them all.

Love my Keens. I used to wear through shoes too quickly until I found them. Their secret is cork in the sole. They are a bit tight fitting at first, they require breaking in time. The cork needs to adjust to your feet. These are green not grey.
