      I find this style of k-swiss to be the best for me. I have rather severe foot pain from knuckle breaks and osteo arthritis. And after trying many brands and styles this style of k-swiss is the only true comfort I can experience while wearing shoes. I would highly recommend them for anyone with arch support needs and certain types of foot pain.
