These are beautiful shoes but I caution anyone who thinks their feet might not fall into the narrow range to go a size up for out the box comfort. I got my true size and will definitely have to go thru the process of breaking these shoes in before a full day of wear. Outside of the narrow fit I find the heel itself comfortable to walk on and that the sole has a fairly good grip
