These shoes are both stylish and comfortable so I am very happy to have discovered them since I have a bad back & painful feet. Run a bit small, but I couldn't bear to send them back so just wear with thin socks.

I love my Merrells. This is my second pair. They really help my posture, especially when walking. I run between a size 8.5 and size 9. These were 9s, and although they fit, I might have gotten a 9.5 if I had tried them on in the store. A shoe horn helps get them on, because the level of support is gained by having a close fitting shoe.

I bought 5 pairs of these after the first. I love these as they are so form fitting (took a little getting used to though). The only thing is that they tend to develop wrinkles at the arch top where you might bend your foot going up stairs etc. I try to avoid the stairs when wearing these so to avoid much bending which would lead to those wrinkles/seams. It seems to make them last (look good) longer. I get a lot of compliments on these. Comfortable and classy looking. I might have to stock up on more before they go out of stock permanently. Wish I could get them in brown and other colors.

The only reason I need to buy more of these shoes is because I wear.them.out. Kinda happens when they're on my feet 360 days a year. Perfect fit, especially for someone who hates swimming in shoes that are too wide. My mother has plantar fascia (heel pain) and I just turned her on to these amazing shoes.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery took a bit because vendor had to work out a discount code issue. They ultimately honored discount that they originally said had expired (I'd used it 3 hours after receiving it via email). Glad they worked it out, could have been a bit faster.

I wear them every day in the office. They are very comfortable. It's been 3 years and they still look fine. Great for airports as you can slip off easily. Nice as a travel walking shoe to not look like a typical American in white athletic shoes.
