    What a pity the slingback strap is not adjustible. It is so hard to find a plain black dressy shoe with heels that are not stratospherically high. I had this shoe in the silver & it was fine. I tried the black fabric model in three sizes, but could not wear any of them because the heel strap is too loose. Otherwise,the shoe is flattering to the leg and the not-too-high heel is welcome.
