After years of trying arches inserts and gimmicks to help my hurting feet .I went the other way . These shoes are about as barefoot as I can go. they have about a zero lift So you have to get used to not having much of a heel.
I was wearing 2 pair of socks .Now just one
start out slow ,they will become like gloves.
Buying 2 more pair right now.
