I had a similar Clarks shoe before but they ran incredibly short, so I replaced those with these. I was nervous about trying the same size again, but no other reviewers for this style complained about the short length - and I was able to stick with my normal size. They're great with jeans or casual slacks - denim skirts, etc. Nice alternative to lace-up leather sneakers.

NOT narrow

These shoes seem fairly well made, but the narrows are NOT narrow. They seem narrow at the toes and slightly narrow at the heel, but the middle of the shoe gapes when I walk. They do seem true to length. The insole is soft and comfortable, but there is no arch support so I had to put in inserts. I walk my kids to school in these almost every day and after 3 weeks, the heels are showing signs of wear. The shoes seems to breathe well, but with the other considerations, they might not be worth the money.

I received my shoes (bought the brown)and while I love the shoe, it runs about 1/2 size too big. I had bought a similar style of CLARKS in my normal size (10)and they fit just fine. When I looked at the UK sizing it stated a 42 when I wear a 40
so I am sending it back. I have already gone & purchased the 9 1/2 instead of waiting for an exchange fearing that they may be out of my size by the time my return gets there. It is a great shoe otherwise and the shipping was really speedy, but I had to give it only 4 stars because of the size problem.

could not keep on my foot. So disappointed as I'm trying to find comfortable shoe. Never had trouble with a narrow being so wide like it had been worn and stretched out.

Normally wear a size 8, returned this shoe for a half size smaller, hoping it wouldn't slip. Have another of the Clarks Primo shoes in blue/grey and just love them, so hoping the size change will be the fix I need
