      I get best fit with AA width shoes. With these I get best fit adding my perscription orthotics on top of the factory insole. So they were loose without my orthotics but fit well with them.             I have a narrow foot and ordered these in a B width. They seem to be just a little wide but I put in a cushion and they work fine for me. The first day I wore them I had to work a double shift, 16 hours on concrete and my feet didn't hurt. These are one of the lightest pair of boots I have owned and the support and comfort are very good. They appear to be a solid high quality shoe. Only time will tell for sure on the durability but so far I am very happy with this shoe and would recommed it to anyone.
