        I am on my feet a lot, I clean for a living, plus work out at the gym, and go walking and jogging on pavement at the park. My knees and feet normally hurt if I do not wear a gym shoe with good arch support and with cushioning. This shoe has both in my opinion. And they do not make my feet unstable like "other" brand of toning shoes.

        I have trouble with my feet, making it painful to walk. I love to go walking with my 2 active dogs, but would have to cut our walks short. Now I have found Runtone with the airpockets in the heal and ball of foot, my dogs and I can walk much futher and are all much happier and healthier. I tell friends it feels like walking on marshmellows. The mesh top wears out to soon, but this will not stop me from buying them again and again.
