this is a good flip flop with a good heel height if you cant wear a flat like me. ity's also pretty. however, the instep is high and it should say so in comments. in spite of it being high, the strap is scratchy and irritates. it shouldve been leather or a lofter grain faux leather. the foot bed isnt bad but seems wide, not medium. its true to size in length but larger in width and instep. i didnt send th em back bc the pros were more than the cons- but they could be improved. if they were flawless and came in a few colors, id get all colors bc most flip flops arwe too flat.
