    I live in Arizona where many surfaces are uneven and not paved. I take care of homes for residents who do not live here year round. I have about 9 pair overall for work use with jeans and also for personal use when I am wearing other types of clothing. These boots are unobtrusive and have a slim styling which allows me to wear them with nice upscale casual clothing anywhere. They are very comfortable, not hot, during our warmest months. The soles are flat, as you can catch heels in gravel and rocks. Love them.

              I live in Arizona where level surfaces are almost non-existent. Therefore, I need a good boot with foot and ankle support, but not so large and cumbersome due to our very hot summer months. I own a business that requires me walking through different terrain, as I take care of properties for owners who do not live here full time. Lots of walking and climbing on uneven surfaces. Hard on your feet. These boots really support well and can take the bends and twists well. They also look good with skirts as well as pants. I wear all the colors.
