Comments about Ros Hommerson Women's Marlene Skimmer:
These shoes were too tight across the front of my feet.

Comments about Ros Hommerson Women's Marlene Skimmer:
I purchased these shoes to wear with dress slacks and skirts. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too snug in the width, which surprised me because this name brand is usually right on the mark in the size. I ordered 6 1/2 N, but I do believe they must be an extra narrow which has been labeled narrow. I have never had this problem with this brand. I don't know whether to order them again in narrow and hope to get a properly marked pair or order them in medium.

I purchased these specifically for work but discovered they work just as beautifully with my dressy pant suits.

Comments about Ros Hommerson Women's Marlene Skimmer:
I am handicapped and can no longer wear just any shoe. For my niece's wedding I needed a "dressy", "smart" shoe with no heel. These shoes really fit the bill. They looked beautiful with my palazzo pants and they were very comfortable.

Comments about Ros Hommerson Women's Marlene Skimmer:
I wear a size 9 Narrow-most of the shoes in your catalog (and others) that say they are a 9N are not really that narrow. Only Ros Hommerson and Enzo Angiolini are truly and reliably narrow-all others require (for me) an insert to fill up the extra and unwelcome room.

Comments about Ros Hommerson Women's Marlene Skimmer:
I normally wear size 7 narrow (AA), but these feel like AAA width in the front. They don't have any stretch in the front because of the strips of leather across the top. They are painfully tight. I will be returning them.

Comments about Ros Hommerson Women's Marlene Skimmer:
At first they fit very snug so I thought they either wouldn't work out or would take a long time to break in. However after wearing them for about 6 hours the first time I wore them, they didn't hurt or pinch. They worked out better than expected. Second wear was all day. I'm satisfied with these shoes.

Comments about Ros Hommerson Women's Marlene Skimmer:
After reading the reviews on this shoe I decided to order them medium width rather than narrow. It was a good decision. They were my perfect size when they came, comoftable right away. I love them!
