    I LOVE THE LOOK OF THIS SHOE BECAUSE IT LOOKS SO CLASSY. GREAT WITH DRESS PANTS OR JEANS. I WEAR A 7 1/2 N AND THIS SHOE IS HALF SIZE TOO SHORT AND WAY NARROW. I THOUGHT ABOUT RE-ORDERING IN A 7 1/2 MED.THINKING THAT THE ADDED WIDTH WOULD BRING IT BACK TO THE CORRECT FIT; BUT HAVE NOT CONVINCED MYSELF AS OF YET. I HAVE TRIED OTHER SHOES FROM ROS HOMMERSON AND THEY ALL RAN VERY NARROW; BUT, ALWAYS GOOD LOOKING SHOES.

        I purchased these shoes to go with my outfit as a volunteer with a museum Titanic Exhibit. They appear to be well-made, are reasonably comfortable, and complement my costume well. I would not wear these "retro" shoes for any other reason. While the length feels true to size, the width--for a Narrow--is somewhat narrower than expected.

          I love the style and they really looked good on - that is, until I stood up and tried to walk. OUCH! I wear 10.5 4A and Ros Hommerson is usually a "go-to" brand for me. All the RH shoes I have purchased in the past fit wonderfully. These are much too tight (even though after reading other comments I ordered them in 3A!)and not flexible at all. Broke my heart to return them.

                          These shoes are perfect for any pant style, jeans to velvet. They are great with dark hose and a skirt or dress, long or short.

                          Other reviewers I read before purchasing suggested ordering a half size bigger than one normally wears, this is a MUST, I wear a 7 1/2 and the 8 is just right. They are a bit snug, I usually have to have a slim or AAA but I manage with a very thin stocking or pants sox.
