              I have been buying Skechers for years and usually buy the sturdy, rugged ones. But my daughter wanted these so badly. I caved. These shoes are gorgeous, but for a kid who loves to play outside, they wear through easily. My daughter has been wearing them for two months, and the sole is thin. Water leaks in from the bottom if they get wet. I have now ordered a pair of Skechers for her that I know are rugged and that she outgrows before they wear out. If you buy these shoes, I would recommend them for only occasional wear so you don't have the same problem.
