      I didn't expect the "rocking horse" effect. It takes some getting used to. It forces you to use leg muscles differently and will cause some soreness at first. I'm still a little clumsy when I forget I'm wearing them and get up quickly.

      I do expect to get beneficial results.

      I work on concrete floors 10 to 12 hours a day. This is the only shoe that I have found to releive the majority of my back pain. I don't buy any other shoe. Great product!! It needs to come in a tie up. Buy at least two a year
